Our Founder
Michael Sheets is the Founder and Managing Member of LGO Strategic Advisors.
He is a CHRO and organizational systems leader who partners with founders and executive teams to build scalable leadership and talent infrastructure that drives enterprise value.
Operating at the intersection of venture growth, organizational development, and executive leadership, he designs the structures, culture, and operating rhythms that enable companies to scale through complexity and change.
Known for combining strategic insight with operational execution, he helps leadership teams align people, performance, and governance to accelerate growth and long-term organizational resilience.
Michael has coached and advised leaders across North America, Asia, Australia, and Western Europe, navigating complex cross-cultural and organizational contexts.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University’s AU/NTL program.
He is based in Washington, DC.
